Creating a Spokespet

Does Your Pet Speak?
No, we don't expect your pet to have the ability to talk, but they can still be the voice of your store! Your Spokespet will represent your store and can make announcements on your behalf. Additionally, they can serve as the game master for your social contests. Even if you have multiple locations, there's no issue. You can have a single Spokespet for all your stores or assign a different one for each location. Let your Spokespet be the charming representative of your store and engage your customers in a unique and playful way!

Initial Setup:

  1. Log in to your portal.
  2. Navigate to the location card within the portal.
  3. Select the "Feed" option within the location settings.
  4. Add and configure your Spokespet's details.
  5. Save your changes.

If you would like to have a different Spokespet for each of your locations, please reach out to our support team for assistance. They will be more than happy to help you with the setup and customization process.
